How will the payment be reflected on my credit card statement?
Your Elevate payment will be reflected on your credit card statement based on what you have entered in the field, “Description for your credit card statement” when you first set up your payment schedule.
If you keep the field blank while setting up the payment, it will be reflected as “Elevate” along with the name of your recipient e.g. Elevate-John Brown, Elevate-Supplier XYZ, etc.
How will payments made by me on Elevate appear on the recipient's bank statement ?
The text you add under 'Payment Reference' field while setting up the payment will appear on your recipient's bank statement. So make sure you add a meaningful unique reference for your recipient to identify your payment.
How can I reconcile my credit card statements with the payments made through Elevate?
To reconcile your credit card statements, match the transaction details on your statement with those in your Elevate “Transaction History.” You can also export your transaction data for easier reconciliation.
