Yes, Elevate accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay cards. However, acceptance may vary based on your card issuer and the type of payment being made.

While most major credit cards are accepted, certain prepaid, virtual, and American Express cards may not be supported. We recommend checking with your card issuer if you encounter any issues.

Using a credit card allows you to extend your cash flow, earn rewards or points, and potentially benefit from credit card protections like chargebacks or fraud prevention.

The limit depends on your credit card’s available credit and any transaction limits set by your card issuer. Elevate does not impose specific limits but will follow the restrictions set by your credit card provider.

Using your credit card responsibly should not negatively impact your credit score. However, consistently carrying a high balance or missing payments may affect your credit rating.

Your recipient gets paid on the due date you select while setting up the payment. Note that your recipient will get paid on the due date between 5 to 8 PM SGT

You can also select Next business day payment speed while setting up the payment to deliver it next business day (as long as your payment is set up before 6 pm.) Payments set up after 6 pm each day will be processed for the next business day.

There will be an additional 0.3% fee on top of the current Elevate fee charged on each transaction.

Based on the payment speed selected your card gets charged. E.g for Standard payment speed, 3 days before the due date and for Next day payment speed, 1 day before the due date. 

Please note that Promo code discounts will only be applied to the base Elevate fee and will not be applied to the Next Day fee (0.3%).
