You will be notified via both email and in-app push notifications when a payment is credited to your Elevate account.
You can also track payment status on the “Receivables Dashboard” and “Payment Request Dashboard“:
Please note that payments made through the default payment page will not appear on the Payment Requests Dashboard, which is designed to track the status of payment requests. And you will only be notified when a transfer is successfully credited to your Elevate account.
