How to enable card payment method?

To begin accepting payments via card, you have to answer two simple questions about your company. This information will help us securely process your payment.

Step 1

Option 1

Click on the “…“ button located in the upper right corner of Elevate Receivables Dashboard or Payment Requests Dashboard, and select the “Payment request setting” option, on the Payment request setting page, scroll to the “Manage payment method“ section:

Option 2

On the "Payment Request" or "Edit Request" page, scroll down to the "Payment Methods Available" section and click on the “Enable“ button in the “Credit or debit card“ section:

Step 2

After clicking the button above, you will be directed to the “Enable card payment method“ page where you can answer the 2 questions about your company.

Click the dropdown list to select your answer:

Step 3

After filling in the required information about your company, click on the “Submit“ button.

Your application has been successfully submitted once you see the success toast:

How do I know if I can start collecting money with Card Payment Method?

We will review your submission and notify you via email and in-app push notifications within 2 working days whether you can start receiving card payments.

Please note that the card payment method will be automatically enabled once approved, and it will only apply to future payment requests you create.
