Configure default card processing fee payer
On the Payment request setting page, scroll to the “Manage payment method“ section:
If you choose "Paid by my company," all new requests created from that point will have the card processing fee configured as paid by your company
If you choose "Paid by my customer," all new requests created from that point will have the card processing fee configured as paid by your customer
Configure card processing fee payer when creating or editing payment request
On the “Payment request“ page or “Edit request“ page, scroll to the “Payment methods available“ section.
You can choose to configure the card processing fee payer as either yourself or your customer for this specific request:
