How to manage payment requests?

Manage payment requests on the Requests Details Page

To view more details about a payment request, click on the payment request card on the Receivables Dashboard or Requests Dashboard page:

For unpaid or overdue request, you can:

  • Click the "Share" button to instantly share the request

  • Click the "Edit" button to update the request

  • Click the "Mark Paid" button to mark the request as paid

  • Click the "Delete" button to delete the request

  • Click the “Reminders turned on/ off“ banner to update the reminder setting


For requests paid with bank transfer, you can click the “Mark unpaid“ button to update the request status to “Unpaid“.

For requests that have been paid with a card and are under processing, or if you have already received the money, you cannot mark the request as "Unpaid".

View processing fee and amount to receive/ received on the Requests Details Page:

You can view the processing fee and "amount to receive"/ "received amount" on "Processing", "Paid" and "Refunded" request details page
