1. You can save time in doing reconciliation with our auto-matching function
Our system will move the request to "Paid" status if an unpaid payment request has a match on both Amount & Reference.
You can view all paid requests in the Receivables Dashboard - Received payments section:
Note: If there are multiple requests with the same amount & reference, we will match the earliest created request first
2. To reconcile the status of a request, you can manually mark it as paid or unpaid.
Potential use cases:
If you received the payment offline, you can manually mark the request as paid
If the system’s auto-match is wrong/ you manually matched it wrongly, you can choose to revert the status to unpaid
