Receive notification for request status update

  • You will receive both email and in-app push notifications when the payment request is being processed, paid, refunded, or has failed.

  • Your customer will receive email notifications when the payment request is being processed, paid, refunded, or has failed.

Track payment requests on the "Receivables Dashboard"

  • In the "Payment Requests" section, you can view the total amounts of overdue, unpaid, and processing payment requests. Clicking on either card will bring you to the Payment Request Dashboard, where you will land under the "Overdue" or "Unpaid" tab.

  • In the “Received payments” section, you can access the full list of paid requests. You can search and filter the payment requests you want to track, and download all payments or the filtered payment set for further analysis outside of Elevate




Track payment requests status on Payment Requests Dashboard

To access the Payment Requests dashboard, click the "View all" button in the "Payment Requests" section if you have created a payment request before, or tap on the "View all payment requests" card on the Payment Requests dashboard if all of your requests have been paid.


The Payment Requests dashboard is the central location where you can see all created requests. You can search and filter payment requests using the search or filter function. You can also quickly switch between tabs to view requests with different statuses (All/ Overdue/ Unpaid/ Paid/ Processing/ Refunded/ Failed Deleted).
