Visit the Receivables settings page and scroll to the "Manage payment method" section. Click on the "Enable" button to request enabling the PayNow payment option.

When you're creating a new payment request or a new custom payment page, scroll down to the "Payment methods available" section and click on the "Enable" button to request enabling the PayNow payment option.
