Elevate Account Opening Guide

Signing up for an Elevate Account is simple, fast and super easy. However, if you do run into trouble, this comprehensive guide will help you out.


Am I eligible for an Elevate Account?

You are eligible to apply for an Elevate Account if:

  1. You are the Director of a Private Limited (Pte Ltd) based in Singapore, or

  2. You are the Partner of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) based in Singapore

Please note that at this time, we do not support sole proprietors or individuals.


Get Started with Elevate

To get started with an Elevate Account, please follow these steps mentioned below.

  1. Click on ‘Get Started Free

  2. Enter your Email and Password: Provide an email address and a strong password of your choice.

    Note:

    1. If you are an existing Funding Societies or CardUp customer, please use the same email address, or

    2. If you have previously applied for an Elevate Account, please use the same email address

  3. Enter Email OTP: Input the one-time password sent to your inbox to verify your email address.

  4. Enter Phone Number: Provide your mobile phone number and click on "Get code".

    Note:

    1. If you are an existing Funding Societies or CardUp customer, please use the same phone number, or

    2. If you have previously applied for an Elevate Account, please use the same phone number

  5. Enter Phone Number OTP: Input the one-time password sent to your phone to verify your phone number. Then, click "Enable".

  6. Save Recovery Codes: Record these recovery codes in a safe, accessible place. They will not be shown again. Use them to complete 2FA login or disable 2FA if you lose your device.

  7. Provide Consent: Please read the conditions carefully and confirm your acceptance by checking the boxes.

  8. Apply for Financing: If you wish to avail of Elevate Financing products like the Credit Line, click on "Yes, apply for Financing".

    Else click "No, I only want the Elevate Account".

  9. Perform MyInfo Verification: Utilise Singapore's digital identity service, MyInfo Business, for a streamlined verification process and skip manual KYC/KYB steps.

  10. Check Business Interest Parties: Review information about your business's key individuals, such as Appointments and Shareholders.

  11. Submit and Wait for up to 24 hrs: Complete the submission of your application and allow us to approve your account, which typically takes around 24 hours.

    Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email post which you can elevate your SME’s cash flow management with Elevate.


FAQs

I didn't receive OTP for SMS or Email. What do I do?

If the OTP hasn't arrived, click on 'Resend OTP' to get a new code.

Check your spam or junk folder for email OTPs.

For SMS, ensure your phone has a signal. If you still don't receive it, verify if your contact details are correct.

If the issue continues, please reach out to Elevate Support.

It says my Email/Phone number is already in use. What should I do?

This message typically means an account with your email or phone number already exists. Try logging in instead.

If you've forgotten your credentials or are encountering issues, it's best to contact us at Elevate Support.

What's the difference between an Elevate Account and an Elevate Credit Line?

An Elevate Account is designed for managing your business finances, allowing you to send and receive money globally.

The Elevate Credit Line, on the other hand, is a financial product that provides you with access to funds up to a certain limit, which you can use as per your business needs, and you only pay interest on the amount you use.

Is there an Elevate mobile app available?

Yes, Elevate offers a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices.

You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store to manage your account and financial activities conveniently on the go.

Can I get just the Elevate Credit Line without the Elevate Account?

To access the Elevate Credit Line, you need to have an Elevate Account. The account serves as a base for your financial transactions and activities, including the credit line service.

Can I create another Elevate account for a different company?

Absolutely, you can set up a new Elevate account for a different entity, ensuring the email and phone number are distinct from those used in your existing account.

My phone number/email isn't recognised by Elevate, but it says it's already in use. What should I do?

If your phone number or email hasn't been utilised for an Elevate account, it may be linked to another Funding Societies product.

Please reach out to us at Elevate Support for guidance on integrating it with Elevate.

I am a sole proprietor. Am I eligible for Elevate?

Currently, Elevate services are available for Private Limited (Pte Ltd) companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) only.

Unfortunately, sole proprietors and individuals are not eligible for Elevate accounts or services at this time.

My application has been pending for over 5 days. What should I do?

If your application status hasn't changed for over 5 days, please reach out to us at Elevate Support.

We will provide you with updates on your application status and assist with any issues that might be causing the delay.
