Signing up for an Elevate Account is fast and easy. There are 2 parts:
Part 1: Sign up for Elevate - This takes just a few minutes, with a quick verification via MyInfo Business.
Part 2: Complete account setup - Once your account is approved, there are just a few final steps to complete to start collecting payments.
Am I eligible for an Elevate Account?
You are eligible to apply for an Elevate Account if:
You are the Director of a Private Limited (Pte Ltd) or Sole Proprietorship based in Singapore, or
You are the Partner of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) based in Singapore
Part 1: Sign up for Elevate
Click on ‘Get Started Free’
Enter your Email and Password: Provide an email address and a strong password of your choice.
Enter Email OTP: Input the one-time password sent to your inbox to verify your email address.
Enter Phone Number: Provide your mobile phone number and click on "Get code".
Enter Phone Number OTP: Input the one-time password sent to your phone to verify your phone number. Then, click "Enable".
Provide Consent: Please read the conditions carefully and confirm your acceptance by checking the boxes.
Choose "Apply for Elevate Account".
Get verified via MyInfo: Utilise Singapore's digital identity service, MyInfo Business, for a streamlined verification process and skip manual KYC/KYB steps.
Double-check and confirm the information retrieved from MyInfo: Review your information, including that about your business's key individuals, such as Appointments and Shareholders.
Submit: Complete the submission of your application and allow us to verify your account, which typically takes around 24 hours.
Once done, you will receive a confirmation email, post which you can then log in to your Elevate account.
Part 2: Complete Your Account Setup
(For companies with multiple directors) Additional director acknowledgement
If your company has multiple directors, it's best practice for one other director to acknowledge the opening of the Elevate account, before you can start using its features. This ensures security and transparency for the funds managed.
You'll be prompted to request verification from another director when you first log in.

Turn on Card & PayNow payments
To activate online payments, use this guide to learn how they work, and how to activate card & PayNow.
Add your team
If you have a team handling finance tasks, you can add them to Elevate and assign specific permissions based on their roles. Follow this guide to learn how.
For example, you can add a team member as a “Receivables Specialist” — they’ll have access only to Receivables features, without permission to transfer or spend funds from your account.

Is there an Elevate mobile app available?
Yes, Elevate offers a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices.
Many of our new Receivables features (like sending an invoice) are available on web, and not yet on the mobile app, thus we recommend using it on web first.
However, other features (payouts, debit cards, transaction tracking) are all available on the mobile app)
You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store to manage your account and financial activities conveniently on the go.

Absolutely, you can set up a new Elevate account for a different entity, ensuring the email and phone number are distinct from those used in your existing account.
