Get Started with Elevate Financing
To apply for Elevate Financing, you first need to open an Elevate Account. If you don't already have an Elevate Account, please follow these steps mentioned below.
Click on ‘Get started free’
Enter your Email and Password: Provide an email address and a strong password of your choice.
Note:If you are an existing Funding Societies or CardUp customer, please use the same email address, or
If you have previously applied for an Elevate Account, please use the same email address
Enter Email OTP: Input the one-time password sent to your inbox to verify your email address.
Enter Phone Number: Provide your mobile phone number and click on "Get code".

If you have previously applied for an Elevate Account, please use the same phone number
Enter Phone Number OTP: Input the one-time password sent to your phone to verify your phone number. Then, click "Enable".
Save Recovery Codes: Record these recovery codes in a safe, accessible place. They will not be shown again. Use them to complete 2FA login or disable 2FA if you lose your device.
Provide Consent: Please carefully review the terms and conditions and indicate your acceptance by checking the boxes
Apply for Financing: If you wish to apply for Financing products like the Credit Line, Micro Loan or Business Term Loan, click on "Yes, apply for Financing"
Note: An Elevate Account will also be processed together with the Elevate Financing application.
Provide Financing Requirements: Enter the required information about your financing needs, repayment duration, purpose, and your business's gross revenue in the past year.
Perform MyInfo Verification: Utilise Singapore's digital identity service, MyInfo Business, for a streamlined verification process and skip manual KYC/KYB steps.
Fill Business Interest Parties: Enter detailed information about your business's key individuals, such as Appointments and Shareholders.
Upload Documents: Please upload these two documents by clicking on the respective "Upload" buttons.
Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) report from the last 30 days
Your company's latest 1-month bank statement
Nominate Personal Guarantor: Select a personal guarantor for your Elevate Credit Line. Personal guarantors will assume responsibility in the unlikely event of a non-payment.
Please note that Personal Guarantors must collectively hold at least a 30% share of the company.
Submit and Wait for up to 2 working days: Complete your application submission to allow us to process your account and Elevate Financing application.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email post which you can elevate your SME’s cash flow management with Elevate.
