Elevate comprises of six (6) main products namely Elevate Account, Elevate Cards, Elevate Payables, Elevate Receivables, Elevate Credit Line and Elevate Financing. Unless otherwise stated below, each of the products are offered on the Elevate App by CardUp Pte Ltd (“CardUp”), although CardUp may partner with entities within the Funding Societies group or with third parties who will provide the regulated services under each product.

CardUp is a major payment institution licence holder under the Payment Services Act 2019 (“PS Act”) for the provision of a domestic money transfer service, cross-border money transfer service and merchant acquisition service – this can be confirmed on the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (“MAS”) website here.

Elevate Accounts & Elevate Cards are provided by Matchmove Pay Pte Ltd (“Matchmove”), who carries out all regulated services in accordance with the Elevate Accounts & Cards Terms and Conditions.

● Matchmove is a major payment institution licence holder under the PS Act for the provision of an account issuance service, e-money issuance service, domestic money transfer service and cross border money transfer service – this can be confirmed on the MAS website here.

Elevate Payables and Elevate Receivables are provided by CardUp, who carries out all regulated services in accordance with the Elevate Payables & Receivables Terms and Conditions.

Elevate Credit Line is provided by FS Capital Pte Ltd (“FSC”), who provides the credit line facility in accordance with the Elevate Credit Line Facility Terms and Conditions.

● FSC has been granted an exemption under section 35 of the Moneylenders Act 2008 to carry on a moneylending business, subject to the conditions of its exemption.

● FSC would be regarded as an “excluded moneylender” when lending money to corporations, limited liability partnerships and/or, “accredited investors” within the meaning of section 4A of the Securities and Futures Act 2001.

Elevate Financing is provided by FSC, who provides other loans and financing in accordance with the relevant finance documents to be signed and/or accepted by customers with FSC.

The website and mobile application is owned by FS Technologies Pte Ltd (“FSTech”), use of the platform shall be governed by the Elevate Terms of Use. All data collected on the platform is collected by FSTech and shall be governed under the Privacy Notice.
