How can my customer make a bank transfer to me?

The bank transfer payment method will be automatically enabled for you once you have successfully opened your Elevate account.

Your customer will be able to view your Elevate bank account details on the payment page. They can then follow the instructions on the page to make a bank transfer payment to your Elevate account.. They can then follow the instructions on the page to make a bank transfer payment to your Elevate account.

Your customer can access the payment page by clicking on the payment URL sent in your message/ email. They can then follow the step-by-step instructions to make a payment to you.

Fill in the contact information and click on “Continue to pay“:

Select your preferred payment method:

  • If you choose to pay with a bank transfer, follow the instructions to make a payment to the required account

    • Please click on the “I have made my transfer“ button to let us know if you have successfully transferred the money
