In an effort to give customers a higher level of account security, we've added the Two-Factor Authentication setting to your account when logging in via our app.

What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

2FA adds a second verification step when you login to your FS Business app account. After you enter your password successfully, we'll SMS a code to the mobile number registered on your account. Please enter the code into the next field to login.

Why is 2FA better for security?
If someone were to gain access to your password (for example through guessing), they would not be able to login without also having access to your mobile phone.

The mobile number you have on file for me is wrong, how can I update it?
Kindly reach out to our team using our chat feature on the app or email us at [email protected]. Provide the following and we'll be able to make the change for you.
- Registered email address
- NRIC or passport number whichever is applicable
- New number to change to (include country + area code if applicable)

What happens if I still haven't receive the 2FA SMS?

If you have yet to receive the 2FA SMS, you may try to click on the 'Phone Call' option as an alternative. This option will be made available after approximately 60 seconds of waiting in the OTP screen.

I'm still locked out of my account, what should I do?

If you're not receiving any 2FA SMS, or can't access your account for any other reason, please reach out to us using our chat feature on the website or app.
