What are the available method for making repayment for my Micro loan/ Term loan?
Arrangement of GIRO is required for loan repayments. If your GIRO transaction fails, kindly reach out to us via the chat function or your Relationship Manager for prompt assistance.
What information do I need to make a repayment?
You can monitor your repayment status by checking your repayment schedule by login in to the Elevate website and navigate to the Financing menu > select your loan account > view the repayment schedule and check the status of the installment.
You can also inform your Relationship Manager after making the repayment and provide the transfer receipt.
*Please allow at max 24 hours for the system to update the status.
Who can I contact if I have questions or issues with my repayment?
Customer Service: You can login in to the Elevate website, and start a chat with our team.
Relationship Manager: Contact your assigned Relationship Manager.
