Setting up a local payment transfer

You can set up an immediate transfer, schedule one off or recurring transfer with below steps

  1. Login to your account via web or mobile app

  2. Select create new payment option from Payables or Accounts section

  3. Select existing or add your recipient

  4. On the payment details page, after you provide the amount and comments for the recipient, locate the payment date.

    1. For immediate payment, select this as today’s date.

    2. If you want to schedule a transfer, you can select a future date. The payment will be transferred on the selected date.

  1. To set up recurring or repeat payments payment use 'Repeat this payment' dropdown option below the date

    1. When you select one-time, the payment would not be repeated

    2. When this option is selected other than one-time (e.g Monthly, Quarterly etc), the payment will be setup as recurring based on the frequency you selected

  2. Select the frequency based on when do you want to repeat this payment

  3. Select the end date based on when you want to repeat this payment. You can also adjust the first payment date based on when you want the first payment in the recurring series to be transferred.

  4. And proceed on setting up the payment, you should be able to review all the payments being set up.

  5. Once you confirm on the review payment page, the payment would be set up based on frequency and date period selected. Same can be tracked on the payment dashboard. (You can also edit, reschedule or cancel your payments before they are processed. Learn more here.)

  6. The payment would be transferred based on the date of transfer selected while setting up payment.

    1. You will receive timely notifications 2 days before every upcoming transfer - to keep you updated about pending transfers. These notifications can be in the form of push notifications, emails, or SMS.
