From September 25th 2023, your current card(s) will be suspended. Any payments billed to your current card will be rejected. You will need to update payment arrangements you have set up with relevant service providers accordingly.

Once you activate your new Elevate Debit Card, you will be given a new card number that can be used to update your payment arrangements.

*Please note that opting-in for the new Elevate Credit Line does not mean an Elevate Debit Card “replacement” is automatically given to you. You will need to activate it separately.
