How do I set up payment to a recipient

  • From the recipient dashboard, you may choose to either make a payment transfer to the same or new recipient. Click on "Add new recipient" if you wish to set up payment to a new recipient.

  • You will be prompted to a new page which requires you to fill in the details of your recipient by selecting either of the following options (personal or company).

Company

  • Recipient name

  • Nickname (optional)

  • Recipient category

  • Recipient bank account (currency of choice and bank details)

  • Recipient email (optional)

  • Company name

  • Company UEN

  • Nickname (optional)

  • Recipient category

  • Recipient bank account (currency of choice and bank details)

  • Recipient email (optional)

  • Once recipient detail is added, it will be reviewed by our Compliance team and it will take about

    • a few hours : if recipient is added before 6pm (on business days)

    • 1 business days (after our operational hours or during public holidays/weekends)

  • The recipient will be available under "Recent Recipients">View All tab. With an exclamation mark, indicating that the recipient is under review. Once approved, the icon will disappear.


โ€‹How do I delete recipients?

  • Simply go to Recent Recipients or View All> Search for the recipient details> Click on the name and you will have the options to click on "Delete Recipient". Once done, the list will be completely removed. Note: if you have previously sent the recipient a payment, they will still remain in your recipient address book but they will be disabled.

Is there a limit to how many recipients I can set up in my Elevate Account?

  • No capped limit.

Why does Elevate have to approve my recipient?

  • This is to fulfill our regulatory responsibilities and ensure we do not facilitate money for any illegal activities. This usually takes a few minutes or may take up to 2 business days (we will send you an app push notification if this is the case).

How to edit the recipient details?

  • Go to Recent Recipients or click on View All options> Search for the recipient (either by name or any keywords that's applicable)> Click on the recipient details> You may edit any of the categories regardless if your recipient is under review or not.

How to check the payment history made to the recipient?

  • On the same page (recipient), click on Payments tab> You will find series of payments which have been made to the recipient.

Why was my added recipient rejected?

  • Your recipient may have been rejected due to Compliance restrictions. You may drop us an email at [email protected] for more information.

How long will it take for the recipient to be reviewed?

  • It will take around a few hours up to 1 business day depending on the time & day of submission.

    • Within a few hours : if the recipient is added during our operational hours

    • 1 business days : if the detail is submitted after our operational hours or during public holidays/weekends)
