How do I customize reminders for my uploaded invoice?

You can easily set up automatic payment reminders for your uploaded invoices to help ensure timely payments from your customers.

To set up reminders:

  1. After uploading and verifying your invoice details, proceed to the Customize Invoice Settings page.

  2. Toggle the Reminder option to ON.

  3. Schedule reminders for specific dates (before, on, or after the due date).

  4. Choose your preferred delivery channel: Email or WhatsApp.

  5. Customize the reminder template if needed.

Once set, reminders will be automatically sent based on your selected schedule.
